One of the challenges of a new online venture is trying to price out the shipping charges. You don’t want to charge too much and scare off customers, but charging too little means you’re on the hook for any excesses.

Now that we’ve sent out quite a few orders, it’s become apparent that a reduction is necessary to our shipping charges. What we’ve found is that we can fit more Driftwood Santa ornaments into our packages than we thought, and the price of the shipping came in less than we thought.

So, now we are able to offer two levels of shipping for each region (Canada, USA, and International). The savings really come in when you order more than 6 Santas.

Canada Post has been really efficient in their deliveries; one customer in Richmond, BC, got her order overnight! So, there is more than enough time to get you orders in in time to decorate for Christmas this year!
